You will be responsible for overall client solution support and enablement with inside sales to deliver business financial target quarterly. And You will work with broad functions team on multiple engagement &collaboration to deliver client solution business goal achievement. You will:
Essential daily support to mapping inside sales group around client solutions product include training, answers to sales or customer inquiries of product features, configurations confirmation in customer bidding etc.
Work with inside sales for account coverage and acquisition
Timely enable inside sales on key initiatives execution
Engage in regular cadence with inside sales group on product sales performance review, deep dive in key metrics progress, call out findings and align actions with sales.
Inside sales enablement includes product program briefing, operations etc.

Key Responsibilities

You will:
Assist consultant in process analysis and system deployment
Assist the consultant to deal with daily affairs, including business investigation, customer communication, daily document management, testing and user training
Actively participate in every link of customer implementation plan
Support the consultant's routine work
Essential Requirements
Proficient in English writing and speaking, proficient in office tools (such as PPT, Visio software), good document processing ability
Good interpersonal communication skills, strong team work ability, enthusiasm and positive attitude
Familiar with software engineering theory, candidates with the abilities of software requirement analysis/software function design/software development/statistical analysis are preferred
